DeleteNo, it's never too late my friend. The booking window is opening in next 2-3 days of time in Holkar stadium. However online tickets will also start the same day for IND vs SA match. BCCI will send an official letter regarding the opening of ticket sale for the same.

DeleteTicket is not required for your child. It is clearly mentioned that children up to 6 years of age are allowed with their parents. However I would advise you to consult with ticket booking team if you are purchasing at Holkar Stadium. For online tickets, it's okay.
